What Squishy Butter Co. is
Squishy Butter Co. is a digital collectibles platform. You collect, squish, and own virtual butter. It's a real product — the butters are distinct, serialised, and yours — but they are digital goods, not physical ones.
Accounts
You need an account to own butters, make purchases, or use any feature beyond the free squish demo. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your login. If you think your account has been compromised, email us immediately.
Virtual goods and purchases
Coins are purchased with real money. Coins are used to buy pulls (randomised butter drops). All sales are final — coins and pulls are non-refundable except where required by law.
New accounts receive 300 free Butter Coins at sign-up. A first-purchase bonus doubles coins on the $0.99 Pat pack only; this applies once per account and is credited automatically.
Drop odds are displayed in the app before each pull. Wave 001 contains three rarities: Common (~82%), Rare (~17%), and Legendary (~1%). There is no Epic tier in Wave 001. A pity system guarantees a Legendary by pull 25. From pull 60 onward, Legendary odds increase by 5% per additional pull and are guaranteed by pull 90 at the latest. Rarity tiers and odds may vary by wave; the current rates are always shown before you pull.
The butters you collect are yours — your serial numbers are permanent and recorded. We don't take them back. However, digital goods are tied to your account; if your account is terminated for a violation of these terms, you forfeit access to your collection.
What you can't do
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or use automation to gain an unfair advantage.
- Sell or transfer your account or your butters for real money outside of any official trading feature we build.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the platform.
- Harass or impersonate other users.
Our liability
We'll do our best to keep Squishy Butter Co. running reliably, but we can't guarantee uptime. We're not liable for losses caused by downtime, bugs, or circumstances outside our control. Virtual goods have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real money.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product grows. We'll notify you by email if there's a material change, and continued use after the notice period means you accept the new terms.
